Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh on Saturday was spotted sitting along with the farmers at the Delhi protests.
Reportedly, the singer flew in from the USA, and showed up directly at the protesting site.
The singer addressed the media, and appealed to the government to hear the demands of the farmers.
Speaking in Punjabi, he said: “I have come here not to speak but to listen to you. I compliment you for having created history. We used to hear tales that inspired us and now we have seen history being created yet again”.
“Sarkar, Kisan ki mangein puri karo,” he concluded.
