UP gangster Vikas Dubey killed in ‘encounter’ whereas being taken to Kanpur

Gangster Vikas Dubey who was arrested from the Mahakal temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain on Thursday, and was being delivered to Kanpur amid unprecedented safety on Friday morning, has been killed in an alleged encounter.

According to stories, because the convoy reached Barra police circle in Kanpur, the automobile by which Vikas was seated, overturned after skidding on the highway attributable to heavy rains.

Vikas, together with two different police personnel within the automobile, had been injured within the mishap.

As quickly as Vikas was taken out of the automobile, he snatched a rifle from the STF crew and tried to fireplace on the police and flee. He was killed within the retaliatory firing. IANS
