Three members of a family were reported killed at Kamla Nehru Colony here on Monday.

The deceased have been identified as Charanjit Singh Khokhar (50), wife Jaswinder Kaur and their daughter Guddu (20).

Charanjit was secretary of the cooperative society at Bibiwala village.

SP Jaspal Singh said three people had been shot dead at their house and the police had started a probe. The SP said all three were shot in the head.
