The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the bail plea of pro-Khalistani group member Malkit Singh alias Shera, one of many accused in reference to the Taran Taran blast final in September final 12 months.
A Bench led by Justice NV Ramana dismissed the plea of Shera who had sought bail on medical grounds, contending that he was diabetic.
