Anti-terror federal probe agency NIA said on Wednesday it has filed a charge sheet here at a local special court against three arms suppliers in the case of the killing of Hindu leader Amit Sharma, the President of Sri Hindu Takht, Ludhiana in the year 2017.
Officials in the NIA said, in the charge sheet the agency has named arms suppliers Ashish Kumar, Javed, and Arshad Ali alias Munshi, all residents of District Meerut of Uttar Pradesh.
