Nearly 65 per cent clear Haryana Class 10 board examination

Haryana’s Board of School Education stated on Friday that 64.59 per cent of the three,37,691 college students that took the Class 10 board exams handed this yr.

Girls had the next go proportion than boys: 69.86 per cent of women who took the examination handed as in comparison with 60.27 per cent of the boys.   

Urban Haryana (69.86 per cent) had a slightly increased go proportion that rural (64.39 per cent).

Five women, all from Hisar, took the highest two slots.

Rishita Kumari from Hisar’s Tagore Senior secondary School in Narnaund scored 500 marks—the highest.  

Five students—Uma, Kalpana and Sneh, all from Tagore Senior Secondary School, Nikita Maruti Sawant of GNJN Goenka Girls High School, Ankita of DN High School in Khanda Kheri village of Hisar—were declared joint second.
