Days after the Supreme Court issued instructions to former Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Sumedh Singh Saini to hitch investigation within the Balwant Singh Multani homicide case, the Special Investigating Team (SIT) on Monday summoned him to hitch investigation by September 23.
