New Delhi, January 11
Pakistan continues to use terrorism as an instrument of state policy, said Army Chief General MM Naravane on Tuesday.
Addressing the annual press conference, the Army Chief General said that, “last year we had to walk the talk and rise to occasion in dealing with challenges”, and added that they have maintained a high alert level all along Line of Actual Control.
“We reserve the right to respond to cross border terrorism at a time of our choosing with precision,” he asserted. “We will hold on to our positions in eastern Ladakh; hope for a solution based on mutual and equal security,” he concluded. — PTI
