Police have registered two FIRs in opposition to controversial Haryana Inspector General (IG) Hemant Kalson for allegedly assaulting two ladies after trespassing into their homes at Pinjore on this district on Friday night.
The two incidents befell at Rattpur Colony of Pinjore city.
While the primary FIR was lodged in opposition to Kalson below Sections 323 and 452 of the IPC, the second was lodged below Sections 323, 452, 509 and 510 of the IPC.
In the primary FIR, the lady complainant alleged that Kalson forcibly entered her home on Friday night and began beating up her daughter whereas she herself was taking a shower. Upon listening to the noises, she intervened and saved her daughter, she stated.
She informed the police that Kalson bragged that he was (CM ML) Khattar’s man; therefore, no person may contact him. The complainant stated she additionally made a video of the incident.
In the second case, a male complainant alleged that Kalson knocked at his door at round 9.30 pm. He alleged that when his spouse answered the door, Kalson, who was in an inebriated state, pushed her away and hurled abuses at her. When he intervened, Kalson slapped and kicked him apart from threatening to shoot him, he claimed.
Not new to controversy
The 55-year-old police officer, at present IG, Home Guards, Panchkula, has been in controversy prior to now too.
Kalson on July 27 this yr had allegedly abused a Pinjore girl, following which a case was registered below Section 509 of the IPC in opposition to him on August 2.
