Haryana Board cuts syllabus by 30%

To ease the strain on college students amid the pandemic, the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has determined to cut back by 30 per cent the syllabus for lessons IX to XII this tutorial session.

BSEH (Bhiwani) Chairman Jagbir Singh mentioned they’d rationalised the syllabus on the sample of the Central Board of School Education. He mentioned the choice had been taken in view of the pandemic, which had adversely affected research. The state authorities had instructed rationalisation of syllabus after which the BSEH mentioned it with varied stakeholders. — TNS
