Govt scraps Question Hour, non-public members’ enterprise; Opposition slams transfer

Meanwhile, DMK MP TR Baalu raised the matter of some college students ending their lives just lately.

“I would like to draw the attention of this House and the government to the plight of 12 students who had committed suicide – all from rural background – because of NEET exam,” he mentioned.

He added that these college students had handed class 12 by state board syllabus and NEET is carried out solely on foundation of CBSE syllabus.
