Farmers from Punjab and Haryana staged a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi in opposition to payments on meals and agriculture reform on Wednesday.
Police detained the farmers whereas they have been protesting. The Centre launched the Bills on meals and agriculture reform within the Lok Sabha on Monday.
