New Delhi, November 10
The Centre today said the national expert group on Covid vaccine administration was in dialogue with all vaccine makers and developers at home and abroad and final call on any viable pact could only be taken after regulatory approvals for potential vaccine candidates.
Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan, responding to queries on whether India would engage Pfizer on its “90 per cent effective Covid vaccine”, said the government was talking to all vaccine developers and makers. Meanwhile, the number of new infections over 24 hours fell below 40,000 as cumulative cases rose to 85,91,730. — TNS
