Gurugram, August 1
The Gurugram unit of CIA has nabbed the son of a former Deputy Jail Superintendent for allegedly threatening to blow up Bhondsi jail.
The accused, Ravi Chautala, was reportedly enraged over the arrest of his father Dharambeer Chautala for allegedly supplying medication and mobiles inside jail.
Ravi allegedly issued an audio risk to blast the jail and assault its officers.
Citing the audio as a nationwide safety risk, the Gurugram police have registered a case and traced Ravi to Sirsa and nabbed him from there.
Dharambeer Chautala was nabbed by the police for allegedly misusing his place to facilitate smuggling of medication and mobiles and SIM playing cards into the jail.
Ravi was infuriated by the arrest and wished to avenge it and thus issued the audio risk, the police mentioned.
