Challenging security agencies, Lakha Sidhana, who is on the run in the January 26 violence case registered by Delhi Police, on Tuesday reached the farmers’ rally at Mehraj village in this district.
He was seated on the stage and is expected to address the gathering.
Earlier, grandfather of farmer Navreet Singh, who had died in New Delhi on January 26, and the kin of Harbhagwan Singh, who had died in the Behbal Kalan firing, also reached the rally.
Also present there were AAP MLA Kultar Singh Sandhawa and Yudhvir Manak, son of Punjabi singer Kuldeep Manak.
Sidhana earlier had given a call on social media for the rally.
