Daughter of Faridkot’s late maharaja information case towards 23 individuals for forging will

In what seems to be an never-ending dispute over property, a daughter of late Maharaja Harinder Singh of the erstwhile Faridkot property has lodged a police criticism towards 23 individuals for allegedly forging the Maharaja’s will.

The complainant, Amrit Kaur, alleged that the accused, together with a grandson of the Maharaja and several other attorneys, cast her father’s will in 1989 to divest her of rights within the property, which is price crores.

Amrit Kaur had not too long ago been allowed one-third share within the property after she received a protracted authorized battle within the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
