CBI raids four websites in Haryana mall case

The CBI immediately carried out searches at 4 areas in Delhi and Haryana after submitting a case of unlawful conversion of residential land to lift the swanky Ambience Mall in Gurgaon, officers stated.

The CBI has registered an FIR on the orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, which had termed the mall unlawful. The HC had sought a separate investigation by the CBI to probe alleged unlawful actions, if any, and doable collusion between the builder and state authorities.

Located adjoining to the Delhi-Jaipur nationwide freeway, the mall had come up on land initially allotted for a housing undertaking. Those raided included administrators of actual property agency Ambience Group, stated officers.
