CBI courtroom to provide judgment in Babri demolition case on Sept 30


Lucknow, September 16

A particular CBI courtroom listening to the Babri mosque demolition case will pronounce its judgment on September 30.

Judge SK Yadav has directed all accused to stay current within the courtroom on the day of judgement.

Prominent among the many 32 accused are former deputy prime minister LK Advani and BJP leaders MM Joshi, Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharti and Vinay Katiyar.

CBI counsel Lalit Singh instructed PTI that arguments of the defence and prosecution concluded on September 1 and thereafter the particular choose began writing the judgment.

The CBI has produced 351 witnesses and about 600 documentary evidences earlier than the courtroom. The Babri mosque in Ayodhya was demolished by kar sevaks on December 6, 1992. PTI
