Congress’ mayoral candidate from Panchkula Upinder Kaur Ahluwalia leads by a margin of 44 votes after the first round.
Round 17: Kulbhushan Goyal is leading over Congress’ Upinder Kaur Ahluwalia by a margin of 5,127 votes
Round 13: BJP’s mayoral candidate Kulbhushan Goyal is leading over Congress’ Upinder Kaur Ahluwalia by a margin of 4,932 votes
Round 11: BJP’s mayoral candidate Kulbhushan Goyal consolidated his lead over Congress’ Upinder Kaur Ahluwalia. He is now leading by a margin of 3,972 votes

Round 10: BJP mayoral candidate Kulbhushan Goyal is leading by a margin of 3,334 votes
Round 9: BJP mayoral candidate Kulbhushan Goyal is leading by a margin of 2,917 votes
