Bihar IPS officer probing Sushant case launched from quarantine in Mumbai after 6 days

BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has launched Bihar IPS officer Vinay Tiwari from dwelling quarantine of previous 6 days which sparked off an enormous row, officers mentioned right here on Friday.

In a late evening order, BMC Additional Municipal Commissioner P. Velrasu has permitted Tiwari to be launched from dwelling quarantine.

The improvement got here after the Bihar Police wrote to the BMC on Thursday that Tiwari must be exempt from dwelling quarantine to facilitate his return to his dwelling state to renew duties.

The BMC has requested Tiwari to depart Mumbai by August 8.
