Police sources said that the FIR names CLP leader Mukesh Agnihotri and Members of Legislative Assembly Harshwardhan Chauhan, Vinay Kumar, Satpal Raizada and Sunder Thakur. Police remained tight-lipped about the entire incident, but sources said that the Fir came on the basis of a complaint by the Chief Marshall of the Vidhan Sabha.  The complaint, sources said, was made to the speaker of the assembly, who sent it forward to the police.

Sources also said a special investigation team will investigate the allegations.

The budget session of the Himachal session began on Friday.
