West Indies win toss, bowl 1st in deciding Test in opposition to England

Manchester, July 24

The West Indies gained the toss and selected to bowl first in opposition to England within the deciding take a look at of the collection at Old Trafford on Friday.

England recalled pacemen Jofra Archer and James Anderson rather than Sam Curran and top-order batsman Zak Crawley, resulting in allrounder Ben Stokes shifting up the order to No. 4.

England may have 4 quick bowlers, plus a spinner in Dom Bess. The crew may have one much less specialist batsman and might be batting first in overcast circumstances in Manchester.

Stokes is struggling for full health and may not bowl.

The West Indies made one change, bringing in spinner Rahkeem Cornwall for Alzarri Joseph.

The collection is tied at 1-1 after two assessments.

The Windies need to win a take a look at collection in England for the primary time since 1988.

Line ups:

England: Rory Burns, Dom Sibley, Joe Root (captain), Ben Stokes, Ollie Pope, Jos Buttler, Chris Woakes, Dom Bess, Jofra Archer, Stuart Broad, James Anderson.

West Indies: Kraigg Brathwaite, John Campbell, Shai Hope, Shamarh Brooks, Roston Chase, Jermaine Blackwood, Jason Holder (captain), Shane Dowrich, Rahkeem Cornwall, Kemar Roach, Shannon Gabriel. AP
