Many gamers have been coping with the problem of late cost or non-payment of salaries in a number of home T20 leagues internationally, together with the Bangladesh Premier League, states the most recent annual gamers’ report.
The Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations (FICA) discovered that over a 3rd of all gamers have suffered in recent times.
The Men’s Global Employment Report 2020, put collectively by FICA, discovered that 34 per cent of all gamers had skilled cost points.
Global T20 Canada, Bangladesh Premier League, Abu Dhabi T10, Qatar T10, Euro T20 Slam and Masters Champions League are the six leagues recognized as having issues in clearing the gamers’ dues.

The FIFA urged the ICC to play a pro-active position within the matter.
“Systematic contract breaches and non-payment of players are issues that urgently need addressing,” Tom Moffat, FICA’s chief govt officer, stated in line with ESPNcricinfo.
“The ICC has an obligation to protect people working within its regulatory frameworks and it’s time something was done about this issue. We continue to urge decision-makers to work with FICA at global level, and players’ associations at domestic level, to develop joint solutions to issues highlighted in these reports.”
