Australia lacking Smith for ODI after knock to go in nets

Australia was with out star batsman Steve Smith for the opening ODI in opposition to England on Friday after getting hit on the top by a ball in observe.

Australia mentioned it was a precautionary measure after the incident on Thursday, which occurred when a member of the teaching workers was throwing within the nets.

Australia added that Smith was being assessed for concussion and didn’t say whether or not he could be accessible for the second and third matches of the sequence going down on Sunday and Wednesday, respectively.
