The authorities on Saturday advised the Rajya Sabha that an Empowered Group of Ministers (EGoM) had been constituted to information the whole technique of corporatisation of Ordnance Factory Board (OFB), together with transition help and redeployment plan of staff whereas safeguarding their wages and retirement advantages.
