Three hospitals sealed in Maharashtra for working with out hearth NOC

Three non-public hospitals in Kalwa space right here in Maharashtra have been sealed for working with out the NOC from the fireplace division and never having the biomedical waste therapy services, officers stated.

The Thane Municipal Corporation issued an order on Wednesday for sealing the Sai Seva Health Centre in Bhaskar Nagar, and the Jana Seva Hospital and Sri Matoshri Arogya Kendra, each in Waghoba Nagar.

The civic physique stated the Bombay High Court, in an earlier order, had directed for the closure of the hospitals not having the fireplace division’s no-objection certificates (NOC) and functioning with out the biomedical waste therapy services.

These three hospitals had been earlier issued notices as they had been working with out complying with the civic physique’s rules, it stated. PTI
