Supreme Court junks bail plea in Tarn Taran case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the bail plea of pro-Khalistan group member Malkit Singh, alias Shera , an accused within the September 2019 Tarn Taran blast case. “We find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the High Court dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner herein,” a three-judge Bench led by Justice NV Ramana mentioned. — TNS
