New Delhi: Speaking in Parliament for first time since his launch from detention, National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah on Saturday advocated talks with Pakistan, saying if India may discuss to China to defuse Ladakh rigidity, it may additionally converse to its different neighbour to cope with the scenario on the J&Okay borders.
