The Bihar Police earlier mentioned their crew had did not find Chakraborty.

However, her advocate Satish Maneshinde in an announcement mentioned: “The contention of Bihar police that Rhea Chakraborty is missing is not correct. Till today, no notice or summons has been received by her from the Bihar police.”

Chakraborty’s assertion has already been recorded by the Mumbai Police, Maneshinde mentioned.

“She has cooperated with the police as and when called,” the assertion mentioned.

Maneshinde, within the assertion, reiterated that the Bihar Police didn’t have jurisdiction to probe the case and therefore, Chakraborty has filed a petition within the Supreme Court looking for switch of the case to Mumbai.

Rajput, 34, was discovered hanging at his residence in suburban Bandra on June 14.

Mumbai Police had registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) and an investigation is underway within the case.

Till now, the Mumbai Police have recorded statements of 56 folks, together with Rajput’s sisters, Chakraborty and another movie personalities.

A Bihar Police crew can be in Mumbai for probing the ‘abetment to suicide’ case on the idea of a grievance filed by the late actor’s father in Patna. PTI
