Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday mentioned it was unlucky that the BJP was backing Kangana Ranaut regardless of the actress likening Mumbai to Pak-occupied Kashmir, and added this was executed with a watch on Bihar ballot.

In his weekly column in Sena mouthpiece ‘Saamana’, Raut claimed there was a scientific effort to scale back the significance of Mumbai, and always defaming town was a part of that conspiracy. — PTI
