Railways to run 20 pairs of particular trains from Sept 2 to 15 for JEE, NEET, NDA aspirants in Bihar


New Delhi, September 1

A day after the Railways permitted NEET and JEE candidates to avail particular suburban providers in Mumbai on examination days, the nationwide transporter has now determined to run 20 pairs of particular trains from September 2 to 15 for the comfort of these showing for these exams in Bihar.

Announcing the transfer, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal stated the ability will even be prolonged to college students showing for the National Defence Academy (NDA) examination.

“Indian Railways has decided to run 20 pairs of MEMU/DEMU special trains from September 2 to 15 for the convenience of candidates joining JEE Mains, NEET and NDA in Bihar,” the minister stated in a tweet.

While the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) is scheduled to be held on September 13, engineering entrance examination JEE-Main has been deliberate from September 1-6.  The widespread NDA 2020 examination is scheduled to be held on September 6. — PTI
