Rahul assaults PM Modi over assertion that photo voltaic undertaking in MP’s Rewa is Asia’s largest

Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Saturday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his assertion that the Rewa Ultra Mega Solar undertaking in Madhya Pradesh is the biggest in Asia.

Prime Minister Narendra  Modi on Friday launched the 750 MW photo voltaic undertaking in Rewa in Madhya Pradesh via video-conferencing.

“Asatyagrahi” (which roughly interprets to ‘one who does not believe in the struggle for truth’), stated Gandhi on Twitter, tagging a tweet by the Prime Minister’s Office which quoted Modi as saying that Rewa has been recognized with Narmada and white tigers, however now the title of Asia’s largest solar energy undertaking has additionally been added to it.
