Prez, PM pay respects to Vajpayee on his dying anniversary

President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been amongst a number of dignitaries who paid tributes to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his second dying anniversary on Sunday.
