PM Modi interacts with CMs of 10 states on COVID-19 state of affairs


New Delhi, August 11

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday is holding consultations with chief ministers of round 10 states on the coronavirus state of affairs.

Chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Punjab, Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh had been invited for the digital meet.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh can also be current within the meet.

The meet assumes significance as these 10 states have a high-population density and the thought is to convey down the virus caseload.

This is the seventh video convention of the prime ministers with the states for the reason that outbreak of the pandemic.  

This can also be the primary assembly of the prime minister with chief ministers throughout unlock three on the pandemic.
