Noida: Missing man discovered lifeless in drain, unidentified physique recovered from Yamuna


Noida (UP), August 2

The physique of a 45-year-old man, who had been lacking for 4 days, was present in a drain, whereas a 35-year-old unidentified man was discovered lifeless within the Yamuna river in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida on Sunday, police stated.

Nawab alias Babloo (45) had gone lacking on July 29 and his physique was noticed in the course of the day by locals in a sewer line in Sector 80 below Phase 2 police station space, on Sunday, officers stated.

“The police were not informed about him going missing. The body was found on Sunday with its face disfigured. The identity was ascertained and the family of the deceased informed,” an official from the native police station stated.

In one other incident, a physique was discovered on the banks of the Yamuna river close to Yakootpur village below Expressway police station space, the police stated.

The physique of the person, in his 30s, seems to have reached right here after flowing from another location, Expressway SHO Yogesh Malik stated, including the identification course of was underway.

Both the our bodies have been despatched for autopsy and additional proceedings had been underway in each the instances, the police stated. PTI
