Mumbai’s COVID-19 instances up by 1,043 to over 1.02 lakh; 41 die

Mumbai’s tally of COVID-19 instances   rose to 1,02,267 on Monday with addition of 1,043 new instances, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) mentioned.

The demise toll has mounted by 41 to five,752, it mentioned, including that 36 of them had been affected by co-morbidities.

With 965 extra sufferers being discharged from hospitals through the day, the variety of recoverved instances in Mumbai has elevated to 72,650, the BMC mentioned.

The metropolis now has 23,865 energetic instances, the BMC mentioned, including that 841 new suspected sufferers had been admitted in hospitals within the day. PTI
