The manufacturing facility and registered workplace of the corporate in Morena, residences of Garg and one other Director Saurabh Garg and its workplace at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi had been searched by the company on Friday, they stated.

Another director of the corporate Devesh Agarwal has additionally been booked by the CBI however no searches had been carried out at his premises, they stated.

“It was alleged that the findings of the forensic audit indicated that the financials of firm whereas making use of for mortgage amenities had been inflated.
