Islamabad, July 30
The Islamabad High Court on Thursday constituted a two-member Bench to listen to a overview petition filed by the Pakistan authorities within the case of retired Indian naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, who’s on a loss of life row, reported Pakistani media.
The Bench would take up the plea on Monday. In a unilateral transfer, Pakistan filed the petition within the IHC on July 22, searching for appointment of a “legal representative” for Jadhav. However, the principle events, together with the Government of India, weren’t consulted forward of the submitting of the applying by the Ministry of Law and Justice below an ordinance which was enacted on May 20. — PTI
