India will hand over 10 broad-gauge diesel locomotives to Bangladesh on Monday, offering the neighbouring nation mobilise options for each intra-country and inter-country motion, the Railways stated.
Senior dignitaries from each nations are anticipated to flag off the handover, which might be performed through video conferencing, in accordance with the assertion.
The dignitaries embody overseas ministers, railways ministers and excessive commissioners of each the nations, Railway Board chairman and others officers on the native stations on either side of the border, it stated.
The bodily location of the handover would be the Gede station of the Eastern Railway in West Bengal’s Nadia district and the receiving station of Darshana on the Bangladesh facet.
