Govt updates self-declaration kind for flyers

New Delhi, July 12

In view of the improved restoration fee, the Civil Aviation Ministry has advised the airways that passengers who submit a self-declaration kind that they haven’t examined constructive for Covid-19 through the three weeks previous to the departure date are allowed to take their flight, officers stated.

On May 21, the federal government had made it obligatory for all passengers to submit the self-declaration kind earlier than a flight stating that they didn’t check constructive for Covid-19 throughout two months previous to the departure date.

The officers stated, “As there are a large number of people now who have recovered from the virus, a need was felt to update the self-declaration form to avoid any hardships to them.” — TNS
