Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has introduced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh for the household of journalist Vikram Joshi who died on Wednesday after being shot by miscreants over an eve-teasing incident.
The chief minister’s workplace mentioned that the deceased journalist’s spouse can be given a authorities job and the kids can be supplied free training.

Joshi, was attacked when he was getting back from his sister’s home alongside along with his two daughters on a motorcycle on Monday evening. He suffered a bullet damage on his head after assailants opened fireplace at him close to his residence.
The physician of a non-public hospital monitoring Joshi mentioned the journalist suffered extreme mind harm as a result of bullet damage.
The assault is believed to be the fallout of a criticism that Joshi had lodged on the Vijay Nagar police station in Ghaziabad on July 16. He had complained that some individuals had been harassing his niece.
A CCTV footage confirmed Joshi’s bike being intercepted by a bunch of males who surrounded the bike, and began pulling and hitting the rider.
