Ghaziabad scribe shot at by assailants dies


Ghaziabad (UP), July 22

Ghaziabad-based journalist Vikram Joshi (35), who was shot within the head by some assailants two days in the past, succumbed to the accidents on Wednesday.

Joshi, who had made a police grievance alleging harassment of his niece on July 16, was attacked round 10.30 pm on Monday, whereas he was returning residence within the Vijay Nagar space on a two-wheeler alongside along with his two daughters.

Joshi was admitted to a personal hospital, the place he died throughout therapy. He is survived by his spouse, two daughters and mom. Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, BSP chief Mayawati and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had been among the many leaders who condemned the assault and questioned the legislation and order scenario in UP. Three suspects — Ravi, Shahnoor and Akash — had been named within the FIR. — PTI
