The ED in its criticism, charged Thakur, his members of the family and others of diverting/siphoning off the funds/grant-in-aid obtained for the welfare of lady kids and others and used them for his private achieve by buying enormous movable and immovable properties in his title and within the title of his members of the family.

Accordingly, two provisional attachment orders had been issued as per which properties price Rs 7.three crore had been provisionally hooked up and confirmed, whereas one other provisional attachment order was issued for an quantity of Rs 1.47 crore.
