Disability rights activist Arman Ali to characterize India at US programme

Disability rights activist Arman Ali will characterize India at an expert change programme supplied by the United States, its consulate right here has mentioned.

Ali will participate within the US Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP), an announcement issued by the US Consulate right here on Monday mentioned.

Disability rights activists will participate within the programme to commemorate 30 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act, it mentioned.

Apart from Ali, Fadi El Halabi from Lebanon and David Anyaele from Nigeria will take part in it, the assertion mentioned.

Ali is presently the chief director of the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People in New Delhi. He can also be on the board of NGO Shishu Sarothi in Guwahati.
