Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has requested chiefs of the Parliamentary Committees of the Upper House to make sure that the proceedings of the panels usually are not reported in media, as it isn’t permissible to speak “directly or indirectly” earlier than the report is introduced on the ground of the House, sources stated.
