A Delhi courtroom on Thursday took cognisance of a cost sheet filed by Delhi Police beneath the stringent regulation UAPA and different authorized provisions in opposition to 15 individuals for bigger conspiracy in northeast Delhi riots in February.
Additional Sessions Judge Amitabh Rawat directed Delhi Police to provide copies of the cost sheet filed on Wednesday to the accused individuals.

Those named within the cost sheet are ex-AAP councillor Taahir Hussain, ex-Congress councillor Ishrat Jahan, Saifi Khalid (activist of United in opposition to Hate marketing campaign), Jamia Coordination Committee members Safoora Zargar and Meeran Haider.
Pinjra Tod members and JNU college students Devangana Kalita and Natasha Narwal are additionally named within the cost sheet together with Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) pupil Asif Iqbal Tanha.
Others cost sheeted are Mohd Parvez Ahmed, Mohd Illyas, Shahdab Ahmed, Tasleem Ahmed, Saleem Malik, Mohd Saleem Khan and Athar Khan.
Special cell of Delhi Police informed the courtroom that whereas accumulating evidences it has relied upon CD-R and WhatsApp chats.
In its cost sheet, the police have listed 747 witnesses and of them 51 have recorded their statements earlier than the Justice of the Peace beneath part 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
The cost sheet has been filed beneath stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and varied sections of Indian Penal Codes and Arms Act.
