Bengaluru IISc scholar commits suicide fearing Covid an infection

A 24-year-old scholar within the city-based Indian Institute of Science (IISc)  dedicated suicide fearing that he could have contracted coronavirus after speaking to a pal who exhibited some signs, an official mentioned on Wednesday.

“Sandeep, a BTech student from IISc has committed suicide fearing coronavirus infection,” confirmed a police official to IANS.

Police booked a case of unnatural dying below the CrPc and had been ready for the coed’s dad and mom to reach.

Sandeep met a pal who exhibited some Covid signs and later remoted himself, however examined adverse for the virus.

Following this incident, he despatched a mail to his buddies conveying his worry that he could have contracted the coronavirus and that he needed to commit suicide.
