50 Gehlot MLAs moved to Jaisalmer


Jaisalmer/Jaipur, July 31

Over 50 Congress MLAs within the Ashok Gehlot fold, who had been tenting at a resort on the Jaipur-Delhi Highway amid the continuing political disaster in Rajasthan, had been on Friday shifted to Jaisalmer in three chartered flights.

Transport Minister Pratap Singh stated the MLAs are being shifted to Jaisalmer in order that they continue to be united.

He stated the Chief Minister’s technique is that not a single MLA is poached.

The three chartered flights carrying the MLAs took off from right here and landed at Jaisalmer, a distance of greater than 550 km from Jaipur by street. The MLAs had been taken to resort Suryagarh in bus and different automobiles amid tight safety. “We are going to Jaisalmer for a change,” Congress MLA Prashant Bairwa stated on the Jaipur airport.— PTI
