Goalpara is the worst-hit with over 4.7 lakh individuals affected. In Barpeta, greater than 3.95 lakh individuals are affected and in Morigaon, round 3.33 lakh individuals.

The SDRF, district administrations and native individuals have rescued 188 individuals over the past 24 hours by deploying 101 boats throughout the state.
