Twenty individuals have been killed after being struck by lightning in 5 districts of Bihar on Saturday, officers stated right here.
Nine casualties have been reported from Bhojpur, 5 from Saran, three from Kaimur, two from Patna and one demise was reported in Buxar, the state catastrophe administration division stated.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed grief over the deaths and introduced Rs Four lakh as ex-gratia for the subsequent of kin of every of the deceased.
